Paige Severance

Paige is a Licensed Associate Counselor who facilitates therapy groups, provides individual counseling, and oversees programming at Avery’s House Shea PHP. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in trauma, from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

As Clinical Lead, Paige brings a thoughtful blend of clinical expertise and servant leadership to her work. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate recovery and find hope, healing, and growth along the way. Known for her warm, compassionate, and collaborative style, Paige creates a safe and supportive space where clients and their families feel heard, understood, and empowered. She is dedicated to walking alongside each person on their journey toward greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.

In her free time, Paige enjoys traveling, caring for her many plants, and spending time with her family.
