Shelly Zawacky

Shelly Zawacky is the Program Manager at Avery’s House Apache Junction. She oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of therapeutic, educational, and daily living programs for clients. Her role also involves managing and supporting staff while ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Shelly began her career at Avery’s House in September 2022 as a Clinical Assistant. This experience provided her with a strong foundation and unique insight into the needs of the clients and the operations of the program, which she now applies in her leadership role.

Outside of work, Shelly enjoys traveling and discovering new places. She spends time in nature at her family cabin in Northern Arizona or relaxing by the beach. She loves being near the water and feels most grounded when surrounded by the natural world. Always curious and adventurous, she is constantly seeking new experiences to enjoy and explore.
